One paste-in snippet, themed to match.
A single script tag renders the intake widget on your own page. It inherits your site's CSS custom properties, so it looks like it was built in-house. Works on WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Framer, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels — any site that can paste a script tag. An optional iframe mode gives sites that want full origin isolation a fully sandboxed embed instead.
