Pricing
One flat fee. Zero spread. Every order provable.
A monthly platform fee plus a flat per-order fee — priced like Shopify. The more you route, the more it makes sense to move up a tier and buy your per-order fee down. A flat dollar amount per order — never a percentage of prescription value.
Pharmacies connect free. Always.
No platform fee, no per-order fee, no take-rate — you're the supply side of the network, not a line item.

Enterprise adds multi-clinic org management + white-label.
The per-order fee is a flat fee per order neolife routes to a pharmacy — a fixed dollar amount, never a percentage of the prescription's value. Higher tiers buy it down (Starter $4.00 → Growth $3.50 → Scale $3.00 → Enterprise from $0.00). On per-order price alone Growth passes Starter past ~2,600 orders/mo — but most clinics move up for failover, credentialing depth, and SLAs long before the math does it for them. Annual billing gives you 2 months free (10 monthly payments instead of 12). Additional provider seats $149/mo. One-time onboarding: Starter $500 · Growth $1,500 · pilots waived.
Do the math
Price it against your payroll, not our brochure.
We’re pre-launch, so we won’t quote you an “average clinic saves” number we haven’t measured. Instead: your volume, your staff cost, your minutes — adjust every assumption and see what the arithmetic says. When the platform has live volume, we’ll publish measured medians here.
Your numbers
The arithmetic
Labor only — before counting misrouted-order rework, failover during a pharmacy outage, or the E&O conversation a certificate trail carries. Effective platform cost at your volume: $5/order all-in.
Routing speed
Pay for the clock, not the prescription.
Like compute, dispatch has quality-of-service levels. Every surcharge is a flat, value-blind dollar amount on the software dispatch event — clinical review is never expedited for a fee. Provider approval runs at clinical pace on every tier.
Standard
Approved orders dispatch in the next routing window. The right default for maintenance medications and asynchronous clinics.
Priority
Jumps the queue — dispatched within 10 minutes of provider approval. Included on Scale.
Instant
Dispatched the moment the provider approves — front of every queue, every pharmacy. Included on Enterprise.
Mission-critical SLAs (SLA-backed dispatch latency, multi-region failover, named 24/7 support) are available as a contract add-on on Scale and Enterprise — talk to us.
Enterprise / Health System · negotiated platform fee · per-order from $2.50
Many clinics, one control plane.
Multi-clinic org management (roll-up billing, per-clinic controls), white-label intake + certificates, custom E&O structuring with your carrier, SSO/SCIM, and a security/procurement review track.
Why it's priced this way
The structure is the compliance.
The per-order fee is a flat, uniform dollar amount per order — the same whether the prescription is worth $40 or $400, and the same whichever pharmacy fills it. That's the line that matters under the Anti-Kickback Statute and EKRA: a fee that never scales with the value of a prescription and never steers to a paying pharmacy is a software transaction fee, not a referral payment — the structure OIG has recognized for per-transaction platform fees. We also never take money from a pharmacy for sending it orders. Volume-based buy-down of a flat fee is fine; a percentage of drug value is the thing we will never do. A flat fee is also the only structure that doesn’t need your prescription to cost more.
How we make money
The whole model, in three lines: a monthly platform fee, a flat per-order fee — and that’s it. We never touch the drug price, never charge pharmacies, never take a percentage of anything.
If a platform is free on both sides, its fee is inside your drug price — a spread has to hide; a flat fee can be published. If a platform won’t show you this box, ask why.
FAQ
Straight answers.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay annually and get 2 months free — the equivalent of 10 monthly payments instead of 12. Annual billing is available on Starter, Growth, and Scale. Your per-order fee stays the same either way. Switch between monthly and annual at any time; annual prepayments are recognized straight-line over the 12-month term.
How does the per-order fee work?
Like Shopify: a monthly platform fee plus a flat fee per order neolife routes to a pharmacy. The higher your tier, the lower that per-order fee — so as you scale, moving up a tier buys the fee down (Starter $4.00 → Growth $3.50 → Scale $3.00 → Enterprise from $0.00). It's a fixed dollar amount per order, identical whether the prescription is worth $40 or $400. We never charge a percentage of prescription value, and we never take money from a pharmacy for sending it orders — a flat, value-blind transaction fee is the structure designed to comply with AKS/EKRA.
What are Priority and Instant routing?
Quality-of-service on dispatch, priced like cloud infrastructure. Standard routing (included) dispatches approved orders in the next routing window. Priority (+$1.50/order) dispatches within 10 minutes — included on Scale. Instant (+$3.00/order) dispatches the moment the provider approves. Both are flat, value-blind surcharges on the software dispatch event only. Clinical review is never expedited for a fee — provider approval always runs at clinical pace, whatever you pay.
Do pharmacies pay?
Connecting is free, always. Pharmacies connect to neolife at no cost — you're the supply side of the network, not a line item. No platform fee, no per-order fee, no take-rate. Clinics route orders to you; you fulfill.
Do I have to switch pharmacies or leave LifeFile?
No. neolife layers on top of whatever each pharmacy already runs — LifeFile, its own API (like Empower), or nothing at all. We own the intake, compliance, and routing; the fill stays where it is.
What's the certificate, and why does it matter?
Every approval produces a tamper-evident compliance certificate proving the order was patient-specific and provider-approved. It's the artifact built for E&O conversations — the evidence a payer or underwriter asks for, and the thing an incumbent pharmacy system can't emit.
How fast can we be live?
A pilot stands up one product and one pharmacy connection and gets a live provider-approved order all the way to the pharmacy — typically within days of kickoff.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved products. neolife is the rail that routes the order; the pharmacy compounds and dispenses.
Start a pilot. Land your first order in days.
We stand up one product and one pharmacy connection and get a live provider-approved order all the way to the pharmacy. A flat monthly plus a flat per-order fee that drops as you grow.
